CONS
1
There is a learning curve, especially for users transitioning from simpler or more familiar platforms like Yahoo Fantasy Sports; it may take time to get comfortable with all features.
2
Some users find the app/interface less modern or visually appealing compared to newer apps but still functional and fast enough for lineup changes and live scoring checks.
3
Customer service quality can vary; while generally better than CBS, response times are not always perfect due to volume of inquiries at peak times.
4
Users accustomed to Yahoo might find switching inconvenient due to familiarity preferences despite Fantrax’s superior flexibility in certain areas.
